Administrative Assistant / HR Support

Bethany St. Joseph Care Center in La Crosse, WI is looking for an energetic and professional individual to provide business, administrative and employee support for the day to day operations of the facility. This position works full-time, Monday thru Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Primary duties include:

  • Coordinating interviews applicants and Department Supervisors
  • Employment paperwork for new-hires and position changes
  • Resident accounts
  • Completion of facility related reports
  • Filing and processing information and conducting

Qualifications include associate degree in business or related field and or 2 to 4 years of experience in an office or administrative, Human resource, Payroll, Accounting or related field preferred. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic business and office management. Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of relevant software required.
