Bethany St. Joseph Corporation is recruiting for an experienced, Wisconsin-licensed Nursing Home Administrator for Bethany St. Joseph Care Center. The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of BSJ Care Center;  leading an experienced and dedicated team.

The BSJ Care Center is rated as a 5-star facility by CMS. We are located in La Crosse, WI, in the beautiful driftless, coulee region of the state. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration.

• Possess leadership and team work qualities and have a high energy level.
• Customer service focus. Value the residents served and staff serving.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory, and Medicare/Medicaid program requirements.
• Experience in fiscal management, and supervision.
• Experience or willingness to serve as a preceptor for health care administration students is a plus.
