Registered Nurse (Assisted Living)

We are looking for an RN to provide compassionate and professional care and nursing services to assisted living tenants and adult day care participants.  This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours a week, worked during the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. Job duties include:

  • Collaborate with Director(s) to complete pre-occupancy screening, assessment, risk agreement.
  • Assist tenants in maintenance of health, prevention of illness, retention of independence and general care
  • Oversee medication monitoring and medication management
  • Review tenant records. Document changes, symptoms, reactions and progress of tenants.  Implement changes in consultation with the director.
  • Respond to phone calls during unscheduled hours
  • Providing ongoing support, training, direction, supervision and feedback to staff
  • Provide orientation and in-service training for staff as required under DHS 89 state code for RCACs and DHS 105.14 for ADCCs.

Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and have current Registered Nurse licensure within WI.  Experience working with seniors, and basic computer skills are beneficial.
